A restauranteur in McGower County, Texas is forced to say goodbye to her beloved barbecue spit industry long gone and the town essentially closing its doors. Determined to seek revenge on a changing America, she decides to take matters into her own hands, but not before attempting to reconcile with her estranged daughter.
